Freezing Fresh Pasta Dough - The Frozen Biscuit

Can you freeze pasta dough?

YES!!! You can freeze the entire dough ball, or the shaped pasta.

Freezing the entire dough ball:

Pull the dough over itself and tuck underneath by pinching together, then dust lightly with flour. Wrap in plastic wrap, then store in freezer in a zip lock bag for up to 6 months.

OR: Form pasta shapes and freeze nests or scattered shapes individually on a parchment lined baking tray.

Once frozen, toss into zip lock freezer bags and store for up to 6 months, for fresh pasta anytime!
