CRUST INGREDIENTS:

 ▢1 1/2 cups all purpose flour  ▢1 cup whole wheat flour  ▢1 tsp salt  ▢1 tbsp sugar  ▢1 tsp instant yeast  ▢⅛ tsp onion powder  ▢⅛ tsp garlic powder  ▢2 tbsp shortening  ▢½ tsp white vinegar  ▢1 cup lukewarm water

Combine the dough ingredients in a stand mixer with the dough hook until dough begins to pull away from the bowl. Cover, let rest 1 hour.

Roll the dough out on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness, and cut 2x5 inch rectangles.
