Pizza Bagel Bites

Ingredients

  • 8 mini bagels
  • 1 ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 20 pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Split bagels in half and lay bagel halves on the parchment paper.
  • Add a tablespoon of pizza sauce to each bagel half and spread it around.
  • Shred mozzarella.
  • Cover sauce with mozzarella cheese.
  • Add pepper and basil in a small bowl, mix and sprinkle on each bagel bite.
  • Cut pepperoni slices into 4 pieces each slice and then add to each bagel bite.
  • Bake mini pizza bagels for 16 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and has slightly browned. Keep an eye on your pizza bagels as they'll burn easily.
  • Remove sheet pan from the oven, let them cool so you don't burn your hands, and serve.
